Well, that season is upon us again, the season where your bushel baskets overflow with this,   that and SQUASH.  It is amazing just how much squash you can get off of one plant.  OK, so   what do you do with them.  Over the years, we have experimented with all kinds of recipes and   most of them were pretty good, (except the one for zucchini ice cream).  We have also made   our own recipes up.  Here is one that Jan came up with a few nights ago and it turned out to   be pretty darn good so we share it with you.
